Travis currently serves as Daylight’s Educational Design Consultant.

Travis is an experienced learning professional and higher education leader in the Philadelphia area, with a strong background in online and adult learning, data and assessment, and change management. Travis earned his Master of Science (M.S.) in Management at The American College of Financial Services and his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University.
Travis currently works at Gwynedd Mercy University as Assistant Vice President of Educational Design and Effectiveness. Over the past three years at Gwynedd, Travis leads several teams, including Instructional Design, the Center for Teaching and Learning, Institutional Research, and Assessment. While there, he has led and served on several key initiatives and committees, including an LMS transition, supporting the creation of multiple academic programs, and facilitating accreditation efforts for the University.

Travis also spent eight and a half years at The American College of Financial Services serving in a variety of roles, helping to support online programs, build digital and print resources, and lead multi-disciplinary teams in creating, designing, and revising courses and curriculum. While there, Travis worked on many different programs, including the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) and Master of Science in Management (MSM).
